Shipping Policy 
 As a small business we have a 3-14 day turnaround from when the item is ordered depending on your location (over seas may take longer). We send everything via Royal Mail 1st class to ensure your item gets delivered to your door efficiently. If you would like your item tracked and signed for, this can be arranged for a small fee. Please get in touch via email for enquiries.
Although we would love to offer free shipping, due to high international charges we do charge an additional fee to cover high costs. Customs and duty fees are not included in shipping price and we do not refund shipping costs for customers that reject parcels upon arrival.
If for any reason your parcel is taking past the 14 day period (UK wait time) from when your confirmation email was received, please do not hesitate to contact us and we can do our best to help. However we are not able to help after a month has lapsed.
Return and exchange Policy
Please contact us immediately if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase and we can come to an agreeable solution. We have a standard 14 day exchange policy, meaning you have 14 days after your item was received to request a exchange. We do not accept refunds due to being a small business. All Items must be returned in their original condition. Items that are returned to us with signs of being worn, damaged or received outside of the 14 day window will not be accepted. We do not accept sale item refunds. 
Postage costs for returns are NOT covered by Reclaimed Roundabout.
